Handling of test and research samples provided by us

As for the chemical products we supply for testing and research, we clearly indicate to the extent possible the danger and toxicity information based on laws and regulations such as the Fire Service Law, Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law, and the Industrial Safety and Health Law.
However, the absence of such information does not guarantee that there is no potential danger or harm.
In particular, there are many new chemical substances whose potential hazards and toxicity have not been fully investigated. Therefore, users should make their own appropriate decisions and take sufficient measures before using the product.

In addition, please pay attention to the following points when handling samples for testing and research.

• Be sure to read the labeling, SDS and relevant legal provisions before purchasing or receiving.
• Please manage them properly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Take appropriate safety measures such as preventing reagents from falling over or dropping.
• Please check and be aware of the dangers and hazards before use.
• When using the product, take appropriate safety measures such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• If any sample remains, take appropriate measures such as storing and managing it properly.
• Properly dispose of post-use waste samples and unnecessary samples in compliance with laws and regulations.

Restrictions on Purpose of Use

• The test and research samples provided by us are used only for test and research purposes and should not be used for any other purpose.
  (Do not use for other applications such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food additives, pesticides, household chemicals, etc.)
• We are not responsible for any accidents caused by misuse of test and research samples, such as those used for purposes other than test and research.
